Signs That We're On The Right Path

At first I thought it was a piece of plastic on my very-vacuumed bedroom carpet and I began balling it up to toss it out. Then I realized what it was....and after a nanosecond "eek" response, I could feel only grateful for this sign from the animals. Once again, they prove they see our growth even if we don't.
So, a couple of questions:
1. Have you - like me - been focused on any or all of these?:
- Expanding in awareness and mindfulness
- Raising your vibration to become more peaceful and loving
- Dropping what doesn't serve you
- Loving yourself more
- Accepting what is
- Focusing only on the positive
- Stepping out of judgment
- Embracing that each of us is walking our path
- Looking for the lesson
- Manifesting a beautiful reality....(exhausted yet?).
2. Have you possible had an increasing numbers of "paranormal" experiences, i.e: more and more "coincidences", knowing what will happen in the future, seeing pictures or hearing conversations "in your head" when you lie down to sleep or meditate, repeatedly spotting 11:11, 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44, 5:55, etc?
3. And have you been going through some unexplainable exhaustion or feeling wired, emotional upheavals, weirdo body changes and pain, ringing in your ears, sleep abnormalities, depression and anxiety that belie the life you're leading (all of these considered "ascension symptoms"?
WELL....YOU COULD VERY WELL BE SHEDDING YOUR SKIN. SNAKES SHED REGULARLY THROUGHOUT THEIR LIFE TO ENABLE GROWTH. WHOEVER SAID IT WAS COMFORTABLE OR EASY?
But we're moving forward so give yourself a big pat on the back. At least the animals know what we're up to and their giving us signs that we're on the right path.
